When do I have to pay my 2024 deposit by?

If you purchased your ticket before 27th July 2023, your balance is due on the 30th September 2023. If you purchase your tickets after this date, your balance is due on the 30th November 2023.

Can I change names on my booking?

Yes! You can change names on your booking up until the 19th January 2024. After this, there will be a £50 charge to change a name on your booking.

Can I swap accommodation?

Yes! If you need to change your accommodation or swap for whatever reason, you can do so free of charge until the 3rd January 2024 – provided that the accommodation you’d like to swap over to is available.

Is there parking on site?

Yes! You can book your parking space using this link. 

Are there any Restaurants on site?

There are loads of dining options on site from a 50s style Diner for all American faves, pub grub and full English breakfasts in the The Beachcomber Inn,  three-course dining in the Firehouse Grill, Traditional fish & chips and also pizza from Papa John’s, a Burger King and much more. There are heaps of vegetarian and vegan options across the resort. 

Can I bring food & booze with me?

You can bring food though there are loads of restaurants and a Spar on site. 

You may bring up to 12 x 440ml cans of lager, beer or cider or 6L of lager or cider in plastic bottles or a 3L box of wine / Prosecco per person or one (maximum 700ml) bottle of spirit per person. You may bring this with you on arrival to the weekend only; there is no re-entry with alcohol. Please be aware that for licensing reasons only drinks bought in our venue bars may be consumed in our venues. Also, you cannot take drinks from one venue to another.

Can I book an apartment or hotel that is bigger than the number of people staying in it?

Yes, if there are only 4 or 5 of you in your group but you feel you want to book 6 or 7 person accommodation – to have more room or if you don’t want to share a twin etc – you just need to split the cost of the extra rooms within your group.

Can I leave the resort?

Of course! You can go and walk along the beach (just minutes away) to blow away the cobwebs from the night before and visit Bognor town centre if you wish. But with the content programmed from 2pm on Saturday and Sunday, you probably won’t want to leave…

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes and it’s called Splash Waterworld!  The art deco themed venue is perfect for our themed pool parties along with it’s Helter Skelter water slide, Wave Machine and Stick of Rock slides!

What kind of room options are available?

We have room options for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 people! Starting from £179.00+ BF per person. Rooms can be secured with a £50 deposit per person and the remainder paid off by 30th November 2024.

What should I bring?

When does the event start and finish?

You can arrive at Butlin’s from resort from 3pm and check-in is from 4pm on Friday 26th Jan. All guests must be off site by 11am on Monday 29th.

Can I just buy a day ticket?

No day visitors are not permitted on site during the break.

Are pets allowed on site?


Not even your goldfish.


Butlins have a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found taking illegal drugs or any other illegal substance will be asked to leave our resort and will not receive a refund for any part of their break.


All guests travelling to our resorts aged 18 or over are required to provide identification on arrival. The only accepted forms of identification are a photographic driver’s licence or passport (provisional licenses are also accepted). Failure to provide Identfication (as specified above), if asked will lead to refusal of entry to our resorts. In addition, for every guest on the booking we must have the full name, date of birth, full postal address including post code, contact telephone number and with your consent, this is inclusive of up to date entertainment information about your break and future offers. The above information is also required to ensure we know the identity of all guests ensuring that we help to provide an environment that is safe and secure for all. This information MUST be provided within 48 hours of making a booking online or over the telephone. If this information is not provided by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your contract with Butlin’s.


To ensure that a safe and secure environment is provided for all of our guests and team, we ask that you please show consideration to others and treat people and our facilities with respect at all times. Offensive, illegal, or any form of anti social behaviour including excessive noise will not be tolerated. If guests fail to comply with these rules at any point throughout their contract it will be terminated. They and their party will have their booking cancelled prior to arrival and or during their stay whilst on resort, without refund. These are standards that we expect from our guests from the moment they contact us, throughout their break and during any post-break communications. Contracts will also be terminated if Butlin’s has a reasonable suspicion that any guest has committed, or intends to commit any of the above.


We reserve the right to charge you during or after your stay for any loss or damage to our property. A pre-authorisation for payment may be requested upon your arrival at resort prior to check in for £100 per booking. For multi-unit bookings we will ask for a pre authorisation payment per unit of accommodation, this may be taken from additional guest cards if nominated as the lead guest in that accommodation. For group bookings of 19+, you will be asked to give us the lead accommodation guests names before your arrival on resort. This will be made via your debit or credit card. Your card will not be debited unless damages to your accommodation or that of our property are caused. The authorisation from your bank will last for up to 7 days and will impact the availability or access to the amount of funds authorised by your Bank or Building Society. We reserve the right to enter accommodation at any time and for any reason, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all of our guests. Butlin’s reserves the right to require that any guest be interviewed by us, on Butlin’s premises, to enable us to look into instances of damage or nuisance to Butlin’s property or guests. Any person who refuses to comply, without a reasonable excuse, will be treated as having terminated their contract. They and their party will then be asked to leave the resort immediately and refunds will not be given. We reserve the right of entry to our resorts, and the right to refuse entry to our resorts without notice. Guests are advised not to bring electrical appliances to any resort, If they do so, they use the equipment at their own risk.
